I See The Lights

Did you noticed the warm glow as the sun risse where everything looks golden and warm. And later the same scenery turns bluish as the noon day sun shines across the sky?

The sun is a light source and this light energy has a 'color'. The morning sun is warm - rich golden glow and the noon day sun is bluish. Technically, the color temperature of a light source is the temperature of a full radiator that would emit radiation of substantially the same spectral distribution in the visible region as the radiation from the light source (never mind the technical jargon).

In short, low color temperature are rich in the red radiation and at high color temperature, it is rich in blue.

It looks so different under various lighting.

The next time you go shopping, check out the lighting used in the mall.
